The Figure 8 Lifting Straps not only incorporate our innovative webbing but also feature a redesign of the classic figure 8 shape, choking the strap against the wrist. This allows the athlete to be fully locked to the bar, removing any need to grip the bar or to flare the wrist. This means that an athlete can focus on pulling a personal best or pulling extra reps without any consideration for their grip.

Featuring our patent-pending webbing construction, The webbing combines aramid filament fibres, in the form of DuPont Kevlar®, wrapped in a weave of spun fibres, with woven padding in key contact areas with the wrist.

Kevlar® is widely known for its use in bullet proof clothing, however, it has a very significant tensile strength - five times stronger than steel on an equal weight basis, and maintains this tensile strength even after repeated stress and strain.

By combining Kevlar® with spun polyester fibres, we have created a strap that has a strength greater than that of a nylon wrap, but with the softness of a cotton wrap, all while keeping the wrap as thin as possible to minimise the bulk of the wrap.

Designed to sit flat against the base of the hand and to tighten on the wrist as the weight loads on the straps, attaching you securely to the bar throughout the lift.
