Great product!

The first time I used SBD belt that my coach lend me, I know that I am going to get one for me. Lo and behold, I get one for myself. After much contemplating and reading the online forum, I got the 13mm and I have no regrets at all. Mind you that this is my first time using and purchasing a lever belt. Took about a week to receive my belt. Once received, I took 2 days to break the belt. Make a circle and tie the belt with tight bands for 48 hours. And after 2 days, I used it for my squat and it works fantastic. The belt does not bruise my ribs at all and it is so comfortable. I can brace my core better. The only down side of it, I can't wear bright clothes anymore because the red dye leaks (due to my sweats) and transferred to my shirt and it is so hard to be removed. Other than that, I have no complaints. This belt is fantastic and gorgeous too. I recommend this belt to everyone. You will have no regrets buying this.
