How To Wear Your Knee Sleeves Easily

The knee sleeves should be worn with equal portions of them above and below your knees. Putting on the sleeves for the first time can be difficult, but this becomes easier over time as you get used to it.

  1. Important, wear a pair of knee length socks to help the sleeves slide on more easily along a smoother surface.

  2. Pull the sleeve over your ankle. The logo should be infront with the tag at the back, there is a Left side and Right side for the sleeves.
Fold the top down by about 3/4, then fold the remaining portion up. Tuck your fingers into the the bottom portion of the sleeves.

  3. Slide the sleeve upwards towards your knee. Pull slightly along the top of your knee sleeve to smooth out any bunching up of the material. Alternate between pulling and pushing the sleeve up until it goes past your knee joint.

  4. Unfold both portions of the knee sleeve. There should be an equal portion of the knee sleeves covering above and below your knee.

Care instructions

We recommend hand–washing your knee sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.

The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the knee sleeves become quite bulky when wet and can potentially get caught up or damaged by wringing. High heat from a washing machine or a dryer will degrade the rubber in the sleeves (potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness).

Take note

Please do not use the Knee Sleeves as a shin guard when deadlifting. In the long run, this would cause a tear in the Knee Sleeves as it is not meant to protect your shin from the barbell knurling, use the Deadlift Socks instead.
